Throughout these terms and conditions we will refer to ourselves as Aestethic, 'we', 'us' and 'our' meaning Aestethic Limited. To make these Terms easier to read, the Website and our services and content are collectively called the “Services.” If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you must cease using and accessing this Website.

Our products are available exclusively online through this website. These products are limited to the available quantities.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purposes. You must not transmit any viruses, code, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material of a destructive nature that is malicious or technically harmful. By breaching the above provisions, the user would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We reserve the right to report any breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and to cooperate with those authorities by revealing the identity of the transgressor.
We may deny you access to the Website at any time in its sole discretion when we believe that your use of the Website is a breach or violation of any of these Terms, any law in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) or the rights of any third party or was not respectful to others.

Your contract for purchases made through Aestethic Limited and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
In order to place an order, you will be required to open an account and provide complete and accurate personal details on the order form. This will include: title, surname, first name, email address, telephone number, delivery and invoicing address. You warrant that all the information you provide to Aestethic Limited for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are accurate, true, current and complete in all respects.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide when registering by updating your personal details to ensure we can communicate with you effectively.
We may suspend or cancel your registration with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes or if you breach these Terms.
PLACING AN ORDER
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Aestethic Limited for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. We will take payment from your credit/debit/PayPal account at the time you place your order for any pre-order items. For all other types of products, your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your legal rights.
When you make a purchase through our website, you authorise us or our third party payment processor to charge your payment method for any such purchases (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) that may be accrued by or in connection with your purchase.
By submitting an order to use through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught deliberately entering an incorrect or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise, your order will be cancelled and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of us processing your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
We do our best to dispatch your product(s) as soon as possible after you place your order and in accordance with the delivery option you have selected when placing your order.
Products in stock are usually dispatched in one working day, in any event not more that 3 working days. You will be informed by email when the parcel has been possessed by DHL.
Pre-order products are delivered within the number of working days shown on the Website. The expected delivery time for an order is set out in the order confirmation.
We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. You may cancel the order if a delivery is delayed for more than 15 days and the delay is not due to you.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items are unavailable. Aestethic Limited accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website.
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURN POLICY
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods. In
this case, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement prior to the end of the cancellation period by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products, excluding the costs of delivery, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original tags and packaging.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initiated transaction, without undue delay and no later than 7 days after we receive back from you any product supplied.
Please acknowledge that return of an item is at your own cost.
You cannot change your order – you will need to cancel (and/or return original item(s), and re-order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this Website shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the site without the owner's prior written permission.
All our products are made by hand using natural sustainable organic components. And as such will often have features which naturally occur in those fabrics.
We have done every effort to display as accurately as possible. Please be aware however that variations in colour, size, style, shape and look may occur. We cannot guarantee that your computer's display of any colour will be accurate. If you are not satisfied your purchase, please review our return policy.
We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site will, on delivery, conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products on this web site are correct.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, we will refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem in writing to the email address stated in the confirmation email within 14 working days of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us.
PRICES AND FEES
The prices indicated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All prices are in the currency stated on the Website and include VAT where specified (depending on where you reside VAT may however not be applicable to your purchase). If nothing else is stated on the Website, the prices do not include payment- or shipping fees and these are given separately. Please note also that local charges (such as currency conversion fees, credit or bank card fees, sales tax, customs duty etc.) may apply depending on where you live and local regulations. Such charges are at your expense and will not be refunded by us.
Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. All orders placed are charged at the time the goods are ordered.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
Content and materials on this site are shown without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to the accuracy, availability, completeness, currency or reliability. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights.
